At Ultra Gym we offer a weekly timetable of classe which include:
- Ultra Rebounding (a light hearted, fun and enjoyable, aerobic fitness class on mini trampolines. Also includes body weight and light weight exercise).
- Ultra Burn (High intensity interval training. Short, sharp and fast flowing. Incorporating boxercise, body weight exercise and odd surprise).
- Ultra Bootcamp (Uses alternative training equipment such as tyres, battle ropes, prowlers and much much more).
- Ultra Strong (A class aimed at improving muscular endurance using bars, kettlebells, dumbbells and weight plates, guaranteed to get you sweating).
- Ultra Mums (Gives busy mums the opportunity to bring babies/toddlers to the gym while they are guided through a exercise routine).
- Ultra Barbell Club (A technical class looking at improving olympic lifting techniques and barbell compound lifts.)
*All classes are taken by knowledgeable, experienced and qualified instructors who can adjust the class to accommodate all abilities, ages and fitness levels.
*Class numbers are also limited to a max of 10-20 participants (depending on class) to make sure you get a quality
